You will receive high quality images in large and small sizes for use in print or web formats and a virtual tour can be added for just $15 more. It also provides weekly statistics emails that can be forwarded to your clients to show viewing results. And it includes web syndication to all the major websites through http://www.neybor.com.

We provide a YouTube video of the home, uploaded to your channel or ours, and link to a video flyer with the embedded video. Property Website:

This is a great way to get some internet buzz, increase SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and “WOW” your clients.

- $100 for homes 2001-3000 square feet

Flyers:
We can create a custom flyer for your property starting at $50, or if you have a template, we can update it for the current property for just $25.
All-Star Marketing Package:
- $380 for homes under 2000 square feet
- $425 for homes 2001-3000 square feet
- $470 for homes 3001-4000 square feet
- Homes over 4000 square feet start at $575
In this package you will receive everything to get a home listed like an All-Star! This includes: high quality photos, video, property website, virtual tour (branded and unbranded/MLS compliant version), a floor plan, and a flyer!

Rush Processing:
In general, all of our products will be ready the day after your photoshoot, however we ask that you allow us a two-day turn around time. We do offer rush processing (for an additional charge of $50 and this applies to the photos only) – this will guarantee delivery by 8am the next day.
Licensing Agreement:
All images/video/marketing materials are licensed to the user for the duration of the listing agreement. Users may use the images/video/marketing materials indefinitely for self-promotion. Users may not transfer, sell, or gift the images/video/marketing materials to any other parties without our consent.
